Specifically, activities will include:
- Collect and organize relevant assets for each new fabric, frame, collab and/or collection
- Design, build and implement process around the above launches
- Consistently QA the site with obsessive, customer-centric focus on detail, clarity and charm
- Upload and update assets on website - as our main sales channel and first impression, this is critical!
- Offer input on merchandising order, pricing, look and feel
- Partner with marketing and UX teams to make sure site looks irresistible and displays the product as effectively as possible
- Spearhead new UX design initiatives such as UGC, reviews, social links, etc.
- Respond to customer service inquiries
- Regularly interview customers and review customer feedback for insights
