Vallauris Orange Ceramic Plate by Jérôme Massier
This dish is a beautiful early 20th-century example of the work of the Massier family of Vallauris in the South of France. The plate is in very good condition. There are some chips on the spiked edges, and any other visible imperfections are due to the firing and glazing processes.
Pair of Mid-Century Brass Partridges
These brass partridges provide a touch of whimsy, whether you use them as paperweights or objet d'art. Condition: This pair is in excellent condition. There is a light patina due to age but no visible signs of scratching. The original felt base appears to have been stripped off, and there is no stamp on the bottom to indicate origin or manufacturer.
Poterie Rukoma Rwanda Ceramic Vase
The earliest examples of Rwandan pottery have shown that this craft, primarily done by the Batwa, trace all the way back the 9th-century B.C. This beautiful ceramic vase displays the skill that the local potters still exhibit today. Condition: The vase is in mint condition. Any imperfections are because it was handmade. There is some small pitting in the glaze and one small crack that appears to have occurred before it was glazed.
Nesting Hedgehog Ashtrays by Walter Bosse
Created by the prominent designer Walter Bosse, the Nesting Hedgehog is his playful take on the ashtray.
Condition: This ashtray set is in very good condition with some chipping on the pointed tips and slight fading of the black patina paint.
